• Products returned without original packaging or tags.
• Sale, clearance, or promotional items (unless received damaged or incorrect).

3. Return Process

To request a return or replacement:

• Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• Share your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or an unboxing video showing the product and packaging.
• Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.
• If approved, we will provide return instructions or arrange a replacement.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued only if:

• The returned product passes our quality inspection.
• A replacement is unavailable.
• The order is cancelled before it has been shipped.

5. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only for products that are:

• Damaged during transit.
• Defective.
• Incorrectly shipped.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

6. Order Cancellation

• Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

7. Important Notes

• Minor variations in colour, texture, or finish due to photography or screen settings are not considered defects.
